Land Conservation

Paso Pacífico is developing a portfolio of lands that will be available for purchase and transfer. The land transfers are strategically located within the corridor areas and strictly for the purpose of conservation, restoration and certain types of low-impact use. Paso Pacífico is in the process of defining criteria for participation and ethical guidelines for the process. We will only work with investors with a proven track record in conservation investments.
